Description

  • Lead tactical strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and day-to-day management of programmatic and digital media campaigns.
  • Manage campaign setup, QA, launch, maintenance, pacing, targeting, troubleshooting, and reporting across multiple channels.
  • Ensure campaigns are activated on time and aligned with media plans, KPIs, budgets, business objectives, and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary activation lead for internal teams and provide clear project management across deliverables and deadlines.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and issues, and turn results into actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Develop client-facing and internal materials, including planning documents, recaps, optimization summaries, recommendations, and reporting slides.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to execute, measure, and improve campaign performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships, evaluate ad technology solutions, and support workflow and process improvements.
  • Oversee creative QA, trafficking, tracking requirements, billing, and actualization with partner teams.
  • Manage, mentor, train, and support junior team members while setting priorities and delegating work.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital media buying, trading, campaign management, media activation, ad operations, or digital media operations; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on, in-platform programmatic experience.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic, CTV, display, video, and audio channels.
  • Advanced knowledge of platforms and tools such as GCM/DoubleClick, DSPs, The Trade Desk, DeepIntent, Pulsepoint, DV360, MediaOcean, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing or mentoring Managers, Associates, or junior team members.
  • Experience leading internal meetings, vendor communications, and client-facing deliverables.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, brands, campaigns, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, critical-thinking, communication, collaboration, project management, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; advanced Excel preferred and Google Suite is a plus.
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or agency media experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
