Description

  • Support the Account Director in new business efforts by taking notes and helping plan meetings.
  • Take detailed notes during internal and client meetings and send prompt recaps for review and routing.
  • Request, collect, and file project resources such as client materials, creative briefs, and project plans.
  • Learn and apply client SOPs across milestone delivery, review periods, and MLR submissions.
  • Track client review schedules and project deadlines to help keep work on time.
  • Support project managers in collecting, tracking, and compiling feedback on milestone deliveries.
  • Drive creation of billable job codes and assist with budget burn tracking when assigned.
  • Prepare for and participate in monthly revenue recognition meetings with the Account Lead.
  • Help onboard and train new staff under supervisor guidance.
  • Collaborate across the team, ensure procedures are followed, and share solution-oriented feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience interacting with brands and agencies.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A creative, flexible, and self-motivated working style.
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable and resilient with the ability to adjust scope and priorities as needed.
  • Proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills.
  • Interest in working with data.
  • Experience in a hybrid or remote work environment is preferred.
  • Experience supporting healthcare communications or scientific projects is preferred.
