Description

  • Own the end-to-end systems and data architecture spanning Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, the Reachdesk platform, and the BI layer.
  • Lead the transition of systems ownership into Business Operations and establish the operating model, governance framework, and roadmap.
  • Define the go-forward BI architecture, ownership model, and evolution path.
  • Ensure every core process is supported by clean data and reliable automation.
  • Establish AI governance and embed AI into forecasting, pipeline insights, customer health, billing, and operational automation.
  • Define and enforce master data management and integration standards across systems.
  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Product to translate business priorities into scalable system solutions.
  • Build, lead, and develop a small team of systems and operations specialists and manage external delivery partners as needed.
  • Own vendor relationships, contracts, and roadmaps for the core SaaS stack, with attention to efficiency and cost savings.
  • Define and report on system health, data quality, and operational efficiency KPIs to the executive team and Board.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership roles within B2B SaaS.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading a function or team.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite, including designing and evolving the integration layer between them.
  • Strong experience with iPaaS platforms, with Workato strongly preferred, and modern BI tooling.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and operate a closed-loop architecture across quote-to-cash, lead-to-revenue, and customer lifecycle in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
  • Hands-on experience within the last 12 months, with concrete examples of systems configured, automations built, or data models designed.
  • Strong data governance and master data management discipline, with clear ownership, lineage, and quality standards.
  • Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional systems programs end-to-end, on time and on budget.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with Finance and GTM leadership, and the ability to translate technical decisions into commercial impact.
  • People leadership experience with a coaching mindset and the ability to build a high-performing small team.
  • Experience in a PE-backed, high-growth SaaS environment with tight financial control requirements is preferred.
  • Familiarity with multi-stream revenue models, such as SaaS combined with services, marketplace, or fulfillment, is preferred.
  • Experience embedding AI/ML or agentic automation into operational workflows, with measurable business outcomes, is preferred.
  • NetSuite and/or Salesforce certifications are preferred.
  • Experience transitioning systems ownership into a Business Operations function is preferred.
  • Experience working in a scaling SaaS business and operating across time zones and entities is preferred.
