Description

  • Assist in leading a clinical team that uses the Arine platform to deliver outcomes for customers.
  • Manage a patient engagement program aimed at achieving four- and five-star Medicare Part C and Part D results.
  • Provide expert-level medication therapy consultation to patients and providers.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and leadership to improve Arine’s software platform.
  • Supervise pharmacists who review medication profiles, counsel patients, and coordinate with other health professionals.
  • Develop intervention strategies to optimize medication regimens and improve health outcomes.
  • Support CMS quality measures and other established project goals.
  • Oversee goals, progress, and resource allocation for a full-service clinical project.
  • Manage team productivity, timelines, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
  • Represent the Clinical Care team in customer meetings and lead internal staff meetings.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a pharmacist role on Adherence or MTM projects, with demonstrated leadership.
  • Team management and/or coaching experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to quickly problem solve and triage clinical and operational situations.
  • Ability to organize priorities and manage competing responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to engage patients with empathy and compassion.
  • Strong understanding of medication adherence workflows.
  • Ability to work independently, apply judgment, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Documents.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Established private work area that ensures information privacy.
  • Stable high-speed internet connection for telephonic and remote work.
  • Willingness to attend on-site meetings multiple times per year.
  • Information security and HIPAA training required upon hire and periodically thereafter.
