Description

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable across six entities, including vendor onboarding, invoice coding, PO matching, approvals, and multi-currency payment runs.
  • Administer the Ramp corporate card program, including card issuance, limits, transaction coding, receipt compliance, and monthly reconciliation to NetSuite.
  • Post and reconcile AP and card transactions in NetSuite using the company’s dimensional GL structure.
  • Record intercompany AP transactions to support accurate consolidation.
  • Support month-end close through accruals, GRNI and unbilled reviews, supplier statement reconciliations, and aged-payables reporting.
  • Manage AP and corporate card inboxes and resolve supplier queries, disputes, and payment issues.
  • Apply appropriate UK VAT, EU VAT, reverse-charge, and US sales and use tax treatment, escalating complex cases when needed.
  • Maintain AP controls, approval matrices, and process documentation while supporting internal and external audits.
  • Improve AP and card workflows and automation in partnership with the systems team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience with end-to-end ownership in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
  • Hands-on experience with a tier-one ERP such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience working with dimensional or matrix GL structures across GL account, Department, and Class.
  • Experience with spend management software.
  • Knowledge of AP controls, month-end close, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
  • Working knowledge of UK and EU VAT and indirect tax on purchases.
  • Strong attention to detail, independence, and communication skills with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience in SaaS, high-growth, or private-equity-backed businesses preferred.
  • Exposure to intercompany accounting, consolidation, or shared-service AP models preferred.
