Description

  • Process full-cycle accounts payable transactions from invoice receipt through coding, approval, and payment.
  • Review weekly driver payments and reconcile charges with internal software.
  • Manage the accounts payable inbox and route inquiries for timely resolution.
  • Process employee expenses in Ramp, including coding, approvals, policy compliance, and reconciliation.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice, vendor account, and payment issues.
  • Maintain vendor records in NetSuite and Bill.com.
  • Support month-end close by reviewing open invoices, vendor balances, and accruals.
  • Assist with 1099 processing, W-9 collection, vendor credit memos, and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
  • Experience with automated AP and expense management workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF, and PivotTables.
  • Experience with Bill.com preferred.
  • NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Experience with Ramp or a similar corporate expense platform preferred.
  • Understanding of how vendor bills and credits affect the general ledger.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, reprioritize quickly, and communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
  • Availability to work starting at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time / 12:00 a.m. Philippines Time.
