Description

  • Manage fund valuations, month-end processes, tokenized fund pricing, investor reporting, and fund administrator oversight.
  • Improve operational processes through tooling, automation, data-quality controls, reconciliations, and valuation governance.
  • Coordinate fund audits and oversee reporting standards for performance, AUM, exposure, and on-chain transparency.
  • Plan fund and strategy launches, manage infrastructure improvements, and represent Fund Operations in investment committee meetings.
  • Oversee counterparty due diligence, documentation, exchange and smart-wallet account relationships.
  • Maintain operational risk frameworks, monitor risk thresholds, assess third-party providers, and manage incident investigations.
  • Oversee investor onboarding, AML/KYC coordination, subscription and redemption flows, and onboarding metrics.
  • Manage financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, liquidity, P&L dashboards, invoicing, revenue collection, and sales commissions.
  • Collaborate with accountants and senior management on intercompany transactions, financial strategy, and performance KPIs.
  • Support new business initiatives and other cross-functional priorities as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of operations experience across crypto, traditional finance, and/or fintech.
  • At least 2 years of experience in investment fund operations or fund administration.
  • Ability to work independently with high ownership in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Strong work ethic, accountability, and results focus.
  • Highly organized and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Ability to convert problems into practical solutions and execute effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in change management and continuous process improvement.
  • High integrity, dependable judgment, and a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively cross-functionally.
