Description

  • Own day-to-day implementation execution across multiple client engagements.
  • Translate business decisions into tasks, owners, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Track milestones, commitments, risks, blockers, and project status.
  • Coordinate clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to keep initiatives on schedule.
  • Maintain project plans, implementation trackers, documentation, and action items.
  • Prepare client meeting agendas, materials, and status updates; capture and follow up on decisions.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, KPI scorecards, and accountability tools.
  • Identify operational gaps, resolve issues independently, and escalate complex risks with recommended solutions.
  • Improve client workflows and maintain clear visibility into progress and outstanding work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Implementation, Client Success, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to own projects or initiatives through completion.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or companies.
  • Excellent written and spoken professional English.
  • Strong project organization, prioritization, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an ambiguous environment.
  • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and holding people accountable professionally.
  • Experience with spreadsheets, project management tools, CRM systems, or documentation platforms.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving, judgment, decision-making, and process improvement skills.
