Description

  • Own the enterprise clinical strategy and long-term vision for BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing Practice.
  • Lead transformation of skilled nursing care models to improve outcomes, access, patient experience, and sustainability.
  • Develop and scale innovation initiatives involving technology, artificial intelligence, automation, digital health, data, and emerging care models.
  • Establish national strategies for clinical excellence, quality, safety, evidence-based practice, patient experience, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead and develop clinical leaders across multiple markets through coaching, succession planning, talent strategy, and change leadership.
  • Partner with operations, finance, technology, human resources, and other functions to align priorities and execute enterprise initiatives.
  • Shape clinical strategy for value-based care, population health, reimbursement models, growth, and strategic healthcare partnerships.
  • Develop executive dashboards and use clinical, operational, financial, and patient experience data to guide decisions and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Active Registered Nurse license in good standing required.
  • At least 10 years of progressive executive clinical leadership experience in home health, post-acute care, skilled nursing, or a complex healthcare organization.
  • VP-level executive leadership experience with enterprise, national, or multi-market scope.
  • Proven success developing enterprise strategy and leading large-scale transformation, growth, innovation, and organizational change.
  • Experience influencing senior executives and aligning stakeholders in a complex, highly matrixed organization.
  • Deep understanding of value-based care, population health, reimbursement, quality strategy, and evolving care delivery models.
  • Experience connecting clinical strategy to operational performance, growth, patient outcomes, and financial results.
  • Experience leading innovation involving technology, analytics, AI, automation, or digital health; adult and pediatric clinical leadership experience preferred.

Benefits

  • Total annual compensation of $185,000–$220,000, including base salary and annual incentive opportunity.
  • Remote executive leadership position with approximately 15% travel; Eastern U.S. preferred.
