Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and integrators.
  • Lead sales calls and product demonstrations of the Ravelin suite on behalf of channel partners.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify net new opportunities within channel partners using the Ravelin ICP framework.
  • Execute commercialisation, pricing, and negotiation activities through channel partners.
  • Provide partners with the resources, training, and support needed to sell effectively.
  • Track channel performance in-region, identify improvements, and report on KPIs.
  • Build, maintain, and report on pipeline growth to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Plan and lead regional initiatives across NORAM and LATAM, including roundtables and conferences.
  • Work with product, integrations, marketing, client ops, and leadership to ensure alignment and capacity planning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel sales or partner management.
  • Demonstrated success in winning deals and building pipeline growth in a structured way.
  • Ability to navigate solution-focused selling to large organisations.
  • Experience delivering complex solution demos with strong prospect engagement.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and account management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute channel strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Spanish language ability.
  • Understanding of payment fraud is preferred but not required.
