Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and sustain the Code Club network across India.
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with educational, nonprofit, industry, and other mission-aligned organisations.
  • Recruit, train, and support volunteer mentors to improve the quality and impact of Code Clubs.
  • Design and organise high-quality mentor training and non-formal learning experiences.
  • Lead the delivery of Coolest Projects online and in-person showcases in India.
  • Use monitoring, evaluation, and data insights to track outcomes and improve programme delivery.
  • Ensure Code Clubs and partners follow safeguarding policies and practices.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team across multiple projects and priorities.
  • Work with fundraising advisors to create proposals, pitches, and funding relationships.
  • Manage budgets effectively and represent the Foundation to external audiences through writing, events, and workshops.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and scaling large-scale educational or volunteer-driven programmes in India.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships to drive programme growth and impact.
  • Experience designing and delivering high-quality training and non-formal learning experiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field (preferred).
  • Deep understanding of the Indian education system, including schools and community-based youth organisations.
  • Experience managing a team with a collaborative, supportive leadership style.
  • Ability to plan and manage resources effectively across multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong data and analytical skills, with experience using data to improve programme outcomes.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred, with training available if needed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within India.
  • Alignment with the Foundation’s mission and values, especially educational equity and access.

Benefits

  • Salary of INR 32 lakhs to 42 lakhs per year, depending on experience.
  • Flexible employment basis: permanent, full-time, part-time, or flexible.
