Description

  • Work with implementation teams, the Global Integration Team, Project Managers, and Solution Consultants to deliver integration requirements.
  • Assess, design, and develop integrations to meet customer requirements.
  • Assist Services teams with integration discovery and scoping.
  • Lead internal and external meetings with customers and vendors.
  • Manage integration timelines and communicate schedule or resource changes to clients.
  • Lead requirements sessions to discover integration needs, architect solutions, and complete integration builds.
  • Provide direct technical client support.
  • Create design documents, test cases, and perform unit testing.
  • Document integration components before transitioning work to support.
  • Support Single Sign On and data transfers with third-party vendors and client systems.
  • Provide after-hours support when needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience working with enterprise clients.
  • 2+ years of experience working with REST APIs and familiarity with JSON.
  • 3 years of experience in a professional services consulting environment.
  • Experience with integrations involving Salesforce and Adobe Analytics.
  • Familiarity with API tools such as Postman and Swagger, as well as SSO.
  • Familiarity with Google Chrome development tools.
  • Understanding of web analytics and ability to comprehend JavaScript.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, work independently, problem solve, and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Strong technical ability to understand platforms and how they work together.
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to solve obscure problems with limited resources using outside-the-box thinking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
  • Experience or certifications in Salesforce, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Marketo, SSO, or other marketing and events platforms (preferred).
