Description

  • Execute end-to-end client onboardings across HR administration, payroll, benefits, and leave services.
  • Build and maintain implementation plans, track milestones, and coordinate workstreams through handoff to Service Delivery.
  • Configure HRIS platforms including ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, and Rippling, as well as Salesforce.
  • Migrate and validate employee data, payroll history, benefit plans and deductions, and PTO balances.
  • Set up benefits carrier EDI feeds and GL file feeds in partnership with Technology and external partners.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Client Success, Service Delivery, Product, Finance, and implementation partners to align scope and expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and modern tools to implementation workflows.
  • Document and improve implementation processes to make future onboardings faster and more consistent.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience implementing outsourced payroll and HR services at a PEO, HRO, or HRIS technology vendor.
  • Experience configuring and migrating data on major HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, or Rippling.
  • Hands-on payroll processing experience, including multi-state processing, tax setup, and mid-year conversions with year-to-date balancing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end implementations across multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Experience with benefits administration and leave of absence services preferred.
  • Familiarity with benefits carrier EDI feeds, GL file feeds, and HRIS, payroll, and benefits integrations preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce and AI-enabled or automation-focused implementation workflows preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, systems-thinking, communication, and client-service skills.
  • Project management credentials such as PMP or CAPM are a plus.
  • Payroll credentials such as FPC or CPP are a plus.
