Description

  • Partner with the Chief People Officer and HR team to support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with assigned business units and provide HR guidance to line managers.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters and conduct thorough, objective investigations.
  • Maintain knowledge of employment laws and partner with legal as needed to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management support, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Work with management and employees to improve workplace relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Support contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, training needs, and executive coaching, and support international employee HR matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues within a software technology company.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification, or a master's degree in a human resource discipline, is preferred.
