Description

  • Develop and maintain core products with a focus on usability, security, and scalability.
  • Design and implement the AI agent platform, including LLM integrations and supporting infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and UX to create client-facing experiences.
  • Build and iterate on prototypes that combine LLMs, APIs, and retrieval pipelines.
  • Implement full-stack features across database schema, backend services, frontend components, and real-time interactions.
  • Architect and develop enterprise-grade web applications using Java and React.
  • Work closely across functions to turn AI ideas into working solutions.
  • Lead by example and help shape the team’s technical direction.
  • Review code and contribute feedback and improvements to peers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working on full stack codebases.
  • Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or other AI-assisted engineering tools.
  • Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, or RAG architectures.
  • Experience architecting complex solutions and communicating technical vision to other developers.
  • Experience peer reviewing code and providing constructive feedback.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience with object-oriented design and programming.
  • Experience with RDBMS systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or MSSQL, including database design and advanced SQL.
  • Experience with a modern JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Strong interest in development platforms, data engineering, MLOps, AI, CI/CD, infrastructure, or tools for technical teams.
  • Strong expertise with backend systems in service-oriented architectures.
  • Familiarity with LangChain or other AI agentic frameworks (preferred).
  • Experience driving zero-to-one development of technical capabilities (preferred).
  • Comfort working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS (preferred).
  • Experience with Struts2 MVC or Spring Framework (preferred).
  • Experience integrating with third-party systems via APIs (preferred).
  • Prior experience as a team lead (preferred).
