Description

  • Provide technical support for developers using the internal developer platform.
  • Investigate incidents and production issues related to platform services.
  • Troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads, deployments, and cloud resources.
  • Help engineers with onboarding and adoption of the platform.
  • Analyze recurring support requests and propose improvements.
  • Maintain platform documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Perform operational tasks such as infrastructure provisioning, access management, service onboarding, Kafka operations, database operations, and cloud resource management.
  • Participate in platform incident response and postmortems.
  • Collaborate with Platform Engineers to automate repetitive operational tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for self-service and platform automation.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Support.
  • Good understanding of Linux.
  • Experience working with Kubernetes.
  • Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services.
  • Experience with Git.
  • Understanding of CI/CD concepts.
  • Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Good written English.
  • Experience with one or more of GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform, Crossplane, Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, or Docker is preferred.
  • Python, Go, or Bash scripting experience is preferred.
