Description

  • Analyze product requirements with business analysts and developers to create clear test scenarios.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to verify the quality of new developments.
  • Plan and design test scenarios and test cases using appropriate test design techniques.
  • Report defects, track their correction, and verify the quality of implemented fixes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and participate in daily meetings, retrospectives, and other team ceremonies.
  • Create and maintain testing documentation to support quality standards and traceability.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain automated tests for key product functionalities.
  • Create and maintain UI and API test scripts.
  • Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Collaborate across the team to improve information flow and support delivery quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software testing experience, with a primary focus on mobile applications.
  • Hands-on experience in requirements analysis and testing to identify defects early in development.
  • Strong knowledge of test design techniques to ensure full coverage of product specifications or requirements.
  • Experience creating and maintaining test documentation.
  • Understanding of testing fundamentals, including test types, test levels, and the role of testing in the SDLC.
  • Knowledge of OOP principles, design patterns, and automation framework structure using Java, Appium, and REST Assured.
  • Solid experience with simulators/emulators, real devices, and device farms.
  • Experience with debugging tools such as Charles Proxy or Proxyman.
  • Strong experience with Postman and Swagger for API testing.
  • Experience working with microservices architecture and logs to localize defects.
  • Preferred: knowledge of banking domain logic and security standards.
  • Preferred: experience with accessibility testing, Camunda, Kafka, and Firebase.
  • Preferred: experience with SQL, especially Oracle and PostgreSQL.
  • Preferred: experience using AI-driven tools such as Claude Code or terminal-based AI agents to optimize workflows.
