Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and screen share regarding Radformation software.
  • Manage a high-volume case load, often 10–20 cases per day, while maintaining timely customer communication.
  • Provide initial responses within one hour and work toward resolving cases within one business day.
  • Troubleshoot software issues that may not yet be documented by using critical thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support the majority of Radformation products, excluding QuickCode and RadMachine.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Partner with the Knowledge Support team to identify educational opportunities and recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Success to identify clinics that may benefit from proactive outreach or additional support.
  • Participate in weekly support team meetings and cross-functional discussions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical dosimetry experience using Eclipse TPS.
  • Strong understanding of radiation oncology treatment planning workflows, including 3D, IMRT, VMAT, and SBRT.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain composed and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Consistent availability during standard working hours in a real-time support environment.
  • 5+ years of clinical dosimetry experience preferred.
  • CMD (Certified Medical Dosimetrist) credential preferred.
  • Experience using Radformation software preferred.
  • Prior customer service or clinical support experience preferred.
