Description

  • Record natural-sounding conversations with an assigned partner using provided scripts and prompts.
  • Play an assigned role during recordings, such as Customer or Support Agent.
  • Follow all instructions carefully to complete each recording correctly.
  • Speak clearly and naturally so the audio sounds like a real conversation.
  • Complete recordings in a quiet, noise-free environment to maintain audio quality.
  • Upload files correctly according to naming and submission guidelines.
  • Re-record tasks when quality requirements are not met.
  • Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
  • Follow the project’s agreement, quality, and payment terms.

Requirements

  • Must be residing in Italy, Switzerland, or Austria.
  • Able to speak naturally in the required language(s).
  • Strong communication skills in the required language(s).
  • Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work with a partner.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Computer or laptop with internet access.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Zencastr.
  • Ability to download, rename, and upload files.
  • Must be available to re-record if needed.
