Description

  • Own solution design for enterprise customer experience initiatives across complex environments.
  • Lead client conversations and advise senior stakeholders on CX strategy and delivery.
  • Translate complex CX challenges into scalable, human-centered solutions.
  • Support large-scale CX transformation programs with attention to scalability, governance, and adoption.
  • Help shape Broadpin’s CX offerings and contribute to go-to-market strategy in the UK.
  • Define best practices and establish delivery standards across CX engagements.
  • Mentor and support team members while building credibility in the market.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and innovation in the UK CX space.

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise-grade CX applications across complex landscapes.
  • Proven ability to own solution design and lead conversations at senior stakeholder level.
  • Strong consulting skills with the ability to turn CX challenges into clear, scalable solutions.
  • Experience delivering large-scale CX transformation programs focused on scalability, governance, and adoption.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort shaping offerings and contributing to go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to mentor and support others, establish standards, and build market credibility.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with technologies such as Oracle and other market-leading CX platforms is relevant.
  • Based in London or able to work in a London-based role.
