Description

  • Manage operational queues and handle cases according to leadership priorities.
  • Support the commercial team and customers to keep the workflow aligned and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Draft contracts, addendums, and termination agreements, and issue required process documents.
  • Keep systems updated and perform low-complexity analyses.
  • Answer questions from stakeholders and customers about purchase-and-sale processes.

Requirements

  • Currently studying Law or recently graduated, with up to 1 year since graduation.
  • Experience drafting contracts.
  • Experience with real estate purchase and sale operations is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive profile with problem-solving orientation.
  • Ability to work with volume and conversion targets.
  • Intermediate English, with ability to understand terms and reasoning in the language.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays.
  • 100% remote work setup.
  • Commercial schedule of 44 hours per week, with shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday through Saturday.
