Description

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate gifting and merch orders from initial quote through final delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the B2B self-service platform and help clients navigate accounts and ordering processes.
  • Maintain same-day response times for inbound inquiries on Monday through Friday.
  • Drive transactional revenue through responsive lead management and upsell opportunities.
  • Document FAQs and build templates to turn one-off fixes into repeatable workflows.
  • Own customer recovery when orders go wrong and work the issue through to resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer, deal, and interaction data in HubSpot as a single source of truth.
  • Develop product expertise across the catalog, customization options, and supply chain timelines.
  • Partner closely with Operations and Logistics to prioritize and fulfill bulk orders.
  • Support customers with back-end e-commerce and self-service tools as needed.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a sales support, account management, or retail operations role.
  • Experience in the promotional products, gifting, or apparel industry is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mirror a client’s professional tone.
  • Proven experience working in a CRM, with HubSpot preferred.
  • Experience with support tools such as chatbots and customer experience platforms.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables.
  • Comfort navigating and troubleshooting back-end e-commerce platforms.
  • Tech-savvy enough to teach customers how to use self-service tools.
  • Scrappy and adaptable in high-growth environments where processes are still being built.
  • Background check completion is required as a condition of employment.
