Description

  • Conduct Zoom or phone sales meetings with qualified prospects from pre-booked appointments.
  • Build rapport, understand client needs, and present QuickTeam’s managed staffing solutions.
  • Close deals and guide clients through the onboarding and payment process.
  • Communicate prospect feedback to the sales manager to help improve close rates and client experience.
  • Maintain accurate deal tracking in the company CRM.
  • Work with a steady flow of leads without cold calling or prospecting.
  • Follow through with clients and represent the company professionally during the sales process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a closer or account executive, preferably in B2B or service-based sales.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • High integrity and commitment to following through with clients.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional setup for client calls.
  • Available to take sales calls when they are booked on the calendar, typically during U.S. business hours.
  • Experience in performance-based or commission-only sales roles is preferred.
  • Remote work location.
