Description

  • Own and manage a book of strategic enterprise accounts as the primary advisor on activation and business value.
  • Drive customer retention and renewal outcomes by proactively identifying and mitigating account risk.
  • Design and deliver tailored, use case–based training, workshops, executive briefings, and enablement sessions.
  • Operationalize Quantum Metric across customer workflows and support adoption at scale.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and alerting to help customers monitor digital experiences.
  • Identify high-value optimization opportunities across digital and omni-channel experiences and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the Quantum Metric platform for customers and internal teams.
  • Contribute thought leadership to vertical playbooks, methodology, and strategic initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor new hires and peers to improve team ramp-up and success.
  • Share customer wins and best practices across the team to support knowledge sharing and upskilling.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language, preferably Spanish or French.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, digital product management, digital consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience working with large, complex quantitative datasets to produce actionable insights.
  • Ability to translate data into business impact and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Comfort serving as a customer-facing subject matter expert in executive-level engagements.
  • Strong consulting, advisory, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to train and engage audiences of 50+ participants.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills across multiple client needs.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for onsite customer enablement.
  • Preferred: experience solving ambiguous, high-impact business challenges.
