Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and current OKRs related to resolution time, operational efficiency, and customer perception.
  • Partner with global team leaders by providing analytical insights through business-oriented datasets and visual dashboards.
  • Conduct strategic analysis to optimize the performance, efficiency, and quality of CX operations.
  • Consolidate, structure, and analyze qualitative and quantitative customer service data to surface opportunities and insights.
  • Communicate with business stakeholders and propose action plans to achieve team and area targets.
  • Implement action plans that improve CX operations and support company OKRs.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support a culture of wellbeing, collaboration, and work-life balance within the team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Brazil; this is a remote role open only to candidates in Brazil.
  • Proficiency in SQL is mandatory.
  • Experience using business intelligence tools is mandatory.
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and turning insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including prioritization and driving high-impact results.
  • Advanced ability to translate complex business questions into efficient SQL code.
  • Familiarity with version control best practices (Git) for data projects and maintaining a single source of truth for analytical code.
  • Experience building advanced dashboards with Looker ML, Metabase, or Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical and data science techniques such as regression, segmentation, and forecasting.
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation is a plus.
  • A proactive, curiosity-driven, and strategic problem-solving mindset.
