Description

  • Develop individualized project plans and lead client onboarding workstreams through go-live.
  • Coordinate clients, consultants, vendor partners, internal subject-matter experts, and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project deliverables, milestones, deadlines, and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner with technical and data teams to build, support, and measure scalable client programs.
  • Build relationships with client stakeholders and hold project resources accountable to plans.
  • Evaluate, resolve, and escalate onboarding issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage multiple priority Enterprise Project Management Office projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Prior project management and account management experience required.
  • Healthcare or insurance implementation project experience preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple large, competing projects in a changing environment.
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables and delegate effectively.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and facilitating issue resolution.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and executive-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to present strategic, data-driven content to decision-makers and subject-matter experts in person and virtually.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and telephone systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with accountability and discretion.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States permanently without current or future sponsorship.
