Description

  • Establish and maintain automated frontend testing coverage.
  • Build API and integration tests for routers and database flows.
  • Design and implement end-to-end tests with Playwright for critical user journeys.
  • Create stable mocking, fixture, and test data strategies using tools such as MSW and pytest fixtures.
  • Configure CI quality gates for linting, automated tests, code coverage, and reporting.
  • Extend test coverage into non-test UI and workflow areas to prevent regressions.
  • Build an evaluation process for LLM outputs using golden datasets and measurable quality gates.
  • Track model output reliability, detect drift, and gate releases based on quality and stability thresholds.
  • Improve test maintainability, reduce flakiness, and optimize test execution runtimes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in QA automation on production systems.
  • Strong Python testing experience with pytest.
  • Strong frontend testing experience.
  • Experience building and maintaining end-to-end test suites with Playwright or Selenium.
  • Experience in API testing, including REST, schema validation, authentication, and error scenarios.
  • Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL testing and test data management.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, or Jenkins.
  • Practical understanding of testing non-deterministic LLM outputs.
  • Experience with performance and benchmark testing is a plus.
  • Experience with WebSocket testing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of security and dependency scanning is a plus.
  • Experience in legal tech, fintech, or other regulated domains is a plus.
  • Familiarity with LLM quality metrics such as schema validity, hallucination tracking, and consistency is a plus.
  • Backend testing stack includes pytest, pytest-asyncio, and coverage.py.
  • E2E testing stack includes Playwright.
  • CI/CD stack includes GitHub Actions.
  • Data stack includes PostgreSQL and pgvector.
  • Application stack tested includes FastAPI, React, TypeScript, Keycloak, and Azure OpenAI.
