Description

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for sales, delivery, and technology partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners during onboarding and early engagement.
  • Provide partners with the information, tools, and guidance needed to operate effectively.
  • Maintain structured onboarding documentation, checklists, and partner records.
  • Monitor partner engagement, performance, and compliance throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Coordinate periodic partner reviews with internal stakeholders and track corrective actions when needed.
  • Coordinate partner due diligence activities, including financial, legal, compliance, and risk checks.
  • Work with Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure all activation requirements are met.
  • Coordinate the preparation, review, and execution of partner agreements and related documentation.
  • Support Business Units during partner selection by coordinating evaluations, approvals, and handover to onboarding.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partner enablement, partner operations, onboarding, vendor management, or a similar role in a software or technology environment.
  • Proven experience working with sales, delivery, and technology partners.
  • Strong understanding of due diligence, compliance, and contractual processes.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Greek fluency is required; French is considered a plus.
  • Experience operating in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and parallel processes effectively.
  • Structured, process-oriented mindset with strong risk awareness.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with limited supervision.
