Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy drafting and application review to interviews and onboarding support.
  • Source and attract IT talent from domestic and international markets using direct outreach, agencies, universities, social media, and professional networks.
  • Maintain and grow the candidate database and talent pipeline within the ATS for current and future hiring needs.
  • Proactively identify and engage high-potential candidates to build a strong pool of skilled professionals.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements and assess overall suitability through interviews and screening.
  • Act as a main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process and support successful hires.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and international employment exhibitions to strengthen employer branding.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives such as employer branding, talent development, onboarding, and related projects.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with regulatory requirements and support the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • University or college degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Computer Science, or another relevant discipline.
  • Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration is considered an asset.
  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in IT recruitment, ideally in a technology-driven business.
  • Experience recruiting IT professionals for T&M projects for European Institutions is a strong asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal English; knowledge of another European language is considered an asset.
  • Understanding of generative AI applications in recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment marketing is a strong asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy personality with a team-player attitude.
  • Ability to set and meet strict deadlines.
  • Good time management and attention to detail.
