Description

  • Source, attract, and onboard MENA affiliates for Revenue Share and CPA partnership models.
  • Conduct daily affiliate outreach, prospecting, and incoming-lead follow-up.
  • Build, support, and develop relationships with existing affiliates, networks, and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate affiliate payout processes and respond to partner inquiries promptly.
  • Monitor affiliate activity and identify or prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Launch and drive initiatives to improve the affiliate program from an early stage.
  • Gather affiliate feedback and share market insights with the Team Lead.
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports.
  • Represent the company at internal and international affiliate events, meet-ups, conferences, and business trips.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to identify, approach, and build strong relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Experience with Forex or broker affiliate programs.
  • Experience managing CPA and Revenue Share partnerships.
  • Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in the EET/EEST time zone.
