Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted marketing advisor for 6-8 client accounts.
  • Lead client meetings end-to-end, including agendas, decision capture, and timely follow-up.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive check-ins, written updates, and outcome-focused communication.
  • Deeply understand each client’s business model, goals, and challenges to align strategy with objectives.
  • Co-own strategic planning with the Associate Media Director and media leads by prioritizing initiatives and sequencing the roadmap.
  • Maintain a testing and innovation agenda and document learnings, outcomes, and next steps.
  • Own project management systems and status artifacts to keep deliverables visible, tracked, and on schedule.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, risks, and changes to keep stakeholders aligned and work shipping on time.
  • Lead weekly and monthly reporting with clear narratives, data integrity, and recommendations tied to business impact.
  • Guide internal pod collaboration across media, search, creative, and strategy teams to drive execution and performance.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of successful hands-on account management experience in an agency environment.
  • Proven ability to lead meetings, present performance data confidently, and implement tactics that drive results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Experience being viewed as a leader who drives initiatives, ideas, and feedback.
  • Strong communication skills with comfort handling executive-level conversations and difficult news with candor and clarity.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks for yourself and your team.
  • Experience using a project management system such as Asana, Wrike, Monday, or ClickUp.
  • Genuine interest in advertising and agency work, with a desire to make an impact.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on digital advertising and marketing trends.
  • Ability to work remotely in a clean, quiet environment suitable for video conferencing.
