Description

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain new and existing backend applications that support team goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Produce and ship high-quality, well-documented code.
  • Co-own service architecture with a focus on resilience, scalability, and robustness.
  • Apply Domain-Driven Design principles to backend systems and services.
  • Take part in technical leadership and mentorship of other engineers.
  • Work closely with mobile, frontend, and product management partners in cross-functional teams.
  • Own a product scope and contribute to delivering impactful solutions for a growing user base.
  • Participate in upfront technical design, team reviews, and smart feature slicing to improve delivery quality.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a software engineer.
  • Experience with Golang.
  • Exposure to architectural patterns for large, high-scale web applications.
  • Pragmatic, product-driven mindset with a focus on solving customer problems and delivering value.
  • Strong code quality, testing, and code review practices.
  • Good communication skills and comfort working with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Curiosity and openness to learning.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with Ruby, React.js, Kotlin, Swift, AWS, PostgreSQL, Kafka, or ELK is relevant to the stack (preferred).
