Description

  • Design and deploy machine learning-based models and AI solutions that deliver measurable value for client organisations.
  • Develop AI agents and implement transformer-based model solutions to address client problems.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand business problems and translate them into technical ML solutions.
  • Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models on Google Cloud and integrate them into production environments.
  • Apply MLOps practices, version control (e.g., git), and agile working processes to maintain reproducible, production-ready pipelines.
  • Evaluate and incorporate new technologies and bring innovative ideas to projects and the wider team.
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers when defining effective data and ML solutions.
  • Gather and synthesise information from project team members and deliver concise updates to stakeholders.
  • Communicate results, provide constructive feedback, and maintain strong working relationships with clients and team members.

Requirements

  • Strong grasp of statistics and probability fundamentals.
  • Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms.
  • Experience with transformer-based models and developing AI agents (preferred/required depending on project).
  • Strong Python and SQL skills.
  • Experience developing and deploying ML models on Google Cloud (GCP) and familiarity with Cloud ML tools.
  • Experience with version control (e.g., git), MLOps, and agile working practices.
  • Collaborative, proactive, logical, methodical, and attentive to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to independently develop data solutions, rapidly adapt to new subject areas, and evaluate/incorporate new technologies.
  • Demonstrated persuasive communication, influencing, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills when working with stakeholders.
