Description

  • Own the partner relationship with Google Cloud and build trust and visibility across PDMs, industry verticals, PSO, and field teams.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans that align with Google Cloud priorities and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue growth.
  • Lead the co-sell motion end-to-end using Google Cloud Marketplace, partner-dash, and internal Google tooling to accelerate pipeline and close business.
  • Educate and align Beyond’s sales and delivery teams on service gaps, opportunities, and partner-led motions.
  • Own Beyond’s participation in Google partner programs and incentive structures, including certification targets and commercialization benefits.
  • Track and report on key partnership KPIs such as pipeline, ACV, and co-sell activity.
  • Translate partnership activity into measurable business outcomes and revenue impact.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior Google stakeholders and serve as a go-to partner in North America.
  • Present partnership strategy and complex cloud capabilities to internal and external executive audiences.

Requirements

  • Deep, working knowledge of the Google Cloud Partner Advantage program and how Google’s commercial organization operates.
  • Demonstrable history of driving revenue growth through partner-led and co-sell motions, ideally in a Google Cloud or broader hyperscaler ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders inside Google, including PDMs, industry leads, PSO, and field sales.
  • Comfort presenting to C-suite audiences internally and externally.
  • Ability to translate complex cloud capabilities, including AI, Agentic Commerce, security, and infrastructure, into clear GTM narratives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of how partnerships translate into pipeline and how incentive structures work.
  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies.
  • Experience selling into Retail, CPG, Financial Services, Healthcare, or MSSP environments.
