Description

  • Monitor AMER hiring requisitions and progress resource requests within agreed service levels.
  • Check internal bench capacity and offshore delivery options before external recruitment is initiated.
  • Coordinate operational workflow for approved hiring requests in line with governance and approval processes.
  • Maintain accurate logs, records, and reporting on workforce demand, turnaround times, utilisation, and delivery operations activity.
  • Own and update the AMER contractor end-date register, including extension tracking and risk identification.
  • Prepare contractor extension documentation and coordinate compliance-related actions with the People team.
  • Track FTC-to-FTE conversions and follow up on outstanding approvals, actions, and dependencies.
  • Maintain freelancer spend tracking to support Finance reporting, accruals, and operational visibility.
  • Match workforce demand signals to available delivery capacity across regions and role types.
  • Prepare weekly demand-versus-capacity summaries and highlight risks, skills gaps, and planning considerations.
  • Monitor Salesforce opportunity stages and support workforce planning trigger activities.
  • Support month-end compliance tasks, including timesheet tracking and escalation processes.
  • Produce operational reporting, workforce summaries, and ad hoc analysis for Delivery Operations, Finance, and leadership.
  • Identify operational risks, process inefficiencies, and blockers, and escalate them appropriately.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that improve visibility, reporting accuracy, and workforce planning effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Experience in resource coordination, workforce planning, recruitment operations, delivery operations, or project support within a professional services or technology environment.
  • Comfortable working US timezone hours from the Philippines on a sustained basis, with Eastern or Pacific overlap.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operational processes independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation, and follow-through skills in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong attention to detail in workforce tracking, contractor management, reporting, and operational data accuracy.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and operational systems used to manage workforce, utilisation, or delivery data.
  • Clear and professional written communication skills for operational updates, reporting, and escalation summaries.
  • Ability to proactively identify operational risks, blockers, or process gaps and escalate appropriately.
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams across different stakeholders and priorities.
  • High level of accountability, ownership, and operational reliability.
  • Familiarity with PSA or resource management platforms such as Kantata, Mavenlink, Qody, or similar tools (desirable).
  • Experience working in a global operations or multi-region delivery environment (desirable).
  • Understanding of contractor lifecycle management, onboarding, extensions, and operational compliance tracking (desirable).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce as a pipeline visibility and operational reporting tool (desirable).
  • Experience producing operational dashboards, reporting packs, or workforce planning summaries (desirable).
  • Exposure to technology consulting, cloud services, managed services, or digital transformation environments (desirable).
