Description

  • Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that advance pod-level objectives and align stakeholders.
  • Build and operate scalable workflows and processes that improve efficiency, reliability, and throughput.
  • Use data tools to extract insights, validate assumptions, and inform decisions.
  • Synthesize analyses into clear recommendations that guide pod and organizational priorities.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver initiatives end-to-end with clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Drive accountability across functions without formal authority.
  • Identify operational opportunities and address dependencies across teams.
  • Conduct root-cause investigations and turn ambiguous problems into structured analyses and scalable processes.
  • Design workflows and tooling that improve operational performance.
  • Codify learnings into playbooks and standards to support scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operational roles at high-growth companies.
  • Background in consulting, finance, or business operations preferred but not required.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into structured, testable components.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity without full clarity.
  • Proficiency with AI and data tools such as Looker, Excel, SQL, and dashboards.
  • Ability to design systems with scale in mind and anticipate bottlenecks.
  • Experience coordinating resources and aligning priorities across teams.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on transparency and accountability.
  • Ability to take calculated risks and make decisions that advance pod objectives.
  • Motivation to contribute to affordable mental healthcare.

  • Base salary range of $105,400 - $155,000.
