Description

  • Map the expert universe for assigned industry verticals.
  • Develop and maintain target lists of distributors, resellers, customers, and other market participants aligned to coverage priorities.
  • Source, vet, and recruit high-value channel partners and customers through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build long-term relationships with key channel sources.
  • Conduct screening and onboarding calls to confirm role relevance, recency, and perspective.
  • Schedule, monitor, and coordinate interviews, including troubleshooting technical issues and capturing real-time highlights.
  • Create and maintain interview guides tailored to call type, sector, and expert profile.
  • Ensure compliance with AlphaSense and client guidelines, including data-privacy standards and accurate recordkeeping in CRM and workflow tools.
  • Share feedback on sourcing tactics, talk tracks, and emerging themes to improve playbooks and coverage roadmap.

Requirements

  • Early-career professional background is a fit for this role.
  • Strong curiosity and ability to quickly identify patterns in research projects.
  • Proven ability to manage fast-turnaround projects, meet deadlines, and hit targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document expert experience precisely within a defined scope.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging industry experts and explaining participation in the network.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented approach to identifying and delivering strong expert profiles quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience with investigative research, stakeholder management, or rapid project execution is preferred.
  • Familiarity with internal CRM and workflow tools is preferred.
