Description

  • Map the expert universe for assigned industry verticals.
  • Develop and maintain target lists of distributors, resellers, customers, and other market participants.
  • Source, vet, and recruit high-value channel partners and customers.
  • Build long-term relationships with key channel sources.
  • Drive outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to identify best-fit experts.
  • Negotiate honoraria that balance insight value with cost discipline.
  • Conduct screening and onboarding calls to confirm role, recency, and perspective.
  • Create and maintain interview guides tailored to each call type, sector, and expert profile.
  • Schedule, monitor, and facilitate interviews while troubleshooting issues and capturing highlights.
  • Maintain accurate records in internal CRM and workflow tools and uphold data-privacy and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Early-career experience preferred for a role focused on investigative research, stakeholder management, and rapid project execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage fast turnaround projects, meet deadlines, and hit targets.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to document expert skills and experience accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills for regular interaction with industry experts.
  • Motivation to identify and deliver strong expert profiles quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to identify patterns and assess the best possible experts for a research project.
  • Comfort engaging experts across email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Experience working with internal CRM and workflow tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data-privacy standards and compliance requirements is preferred.
