Description

  • Provide technical leadership across the design, integration, implementation, and transition of enterprise SaaS human services systems.
  • Develop a flexible architecture that supports configurability for data creation, integrations, workflows, notifications, and data persistence.
  • Analyze integration requirements and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives, product roadmap, solution architecture, and technical constraints.
  • Contribute to platform functionality using modern frameworks and tools.
  • Design, specify, and troubleshoot API integrations across multiple interconnected systems.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, partners, product managers, designers, architects, and software engineers.
  • Build systems that address the needs of vulnerable populations.
  • Maintain high standards for security, extensibility, reusability, testing, and code quality.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to support team growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Deep hands-on experience with React and TypeScript in production environments.
  • Proficiency in Java for multi-tier web application development.
  • Proven experience building and consuming GraphQL APIs, including schema design and client integration.
  • Experience building microservices and working with OpenAPI standards.
  • Experience with ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, Redis, S3, Redshift, Apache Kafka, Lambda, and EMR.
  • Experience leading major IT application implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify roadblocks.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Git, IT security architecture, and testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of AWS/cloud deployment and scaling.
  • Proficiency in REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL, NoSQL, and web development concepts.
  • Practice with TDD, CI/CD, clean documentation, and time management.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Availability to work with US clients from 8-11 PM or 9 PM-12 AM VNT for 3 hours per day, with flexibility for the remaining 5 hours.
