Description

  • Lead the hands-on design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support of automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external business and technology teams throughout the automation lifecycle.
  • Analyze and improve business processes to identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
  • Select and apply the most appropriate technologies to solve specific business problems.
  • Develop full-stack solutions across front-end, back-end, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based environments.
  • Monitor implemented solutions for performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Use Agile and Scrum practices to deliver rapid wins and longer-term automation initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted automation advisor by providing practical recommendations and insights.
  • Facilitate technical and non-technical discussions related to solution architecture and development.
  • Support colleagues through coaching and mentorship while sharing technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Experience with Python, including Django and/or FastAPI.
  • Experience with React and/or Next.js.
  • Strong SQL and database development experience.
  • Experience with REST API development and integration.
  • Experience with microservice development and integration.
  • Experience developing and deploying solutions on Azure Cloud and related Azure services.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology, Scrum, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with application and audit logging, unit testing, MSTest, Azure Application Insights, and Serilog.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Prior experience with AI, GenAI, AgenticAI, ML, NLP, or OCR is a major plus.
