Description

  • Lead the design, integration, implementation, and transition of enterprise SaaS human services systems.
  • Develop platform functionality using modern frameworks and tools.
  • Design flexible architectures that support configurability across data creation, integrations, workflows, notifications, and data persistence.
  • Analyze integration requirements and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives, product roadmap, solution architecture, and technical constraints.
  • Specify, build, and troubleshoot API integrations across multiple connected systems.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, partners, product managers, creative designers, platform architects, and software engineers.
  • Implement systems that address the needs of vulnerable populations.
  • Maintain high standards for security, extensibility, reusability, and testing across architecture, software, interfaces, components, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Work within a US-client schedule from 8–11 PM or 9 PM–12 AM VNT, with flexibility for the remaining hours.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Deep hands-on experience with React and TypeScript in production environments.
  • Proficiency in Java for multi-tier web application development.
  • Proven experience building and consuming GraphQL APIs, including schema design and client integration.
  • Experience building microservices and working with OpenAPI standards.
  • Experience with ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, Redis, S3, Redshift, Apache Kafka, Lambda, and EMR.
  • Experience with AWS/cloud deployment and scaling.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL, NoSQL, and web development concepts.
  • Experience with Agile, Git, IT security architecture, and testing methodologies.
  • Practitioner of TDD and CI/CD, with strong time management skills.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Experience leading major IT application implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to identify roadblocks.
  • Commitment to continuous learning.
