Description

  • Make outbound calls, emails, and text messages to qualify potential customers.
  • Place at least 55 cold outbound calls per day.
  • Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and quota expectations.
  • Use Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build the pipeline.
  • Have meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their challenges and identify how Resi can help.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets.
  • Represent Resi as the first point of contact with prospects in a professional and personable way.

Requirements

  • Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office per week in Allen, TX, or remote in an approved state.
  • Required schedule of 8AM-5PM Central Time.
  • 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred.
  • Experience working with churches is recommended and preferred.
  • Sales experience talking over the phone with a courteous, well-spoken, curious approach.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Mac OSX and Google platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Outreach is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; BS/BA is preferred.
  • Familiarity with social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and with social selling and ABM strategies is helpful.
