Description

  • Handle member inquiries through email as the core support channel, including triage, prioritization, and resolution of tickets.
  • Support members via live chat and occasional phone calls for bookings, cancellations, modifications, membership, and billing questions.
  • Guide members through the platform and resolve issues at first contact whenever possible.
  • Verify member identity and handle account details securely according to verification and data-handling procedures.
  • Coordinate with operations and suppliers to resolve booking and at-property issues and escalate cases appropriately.
  • Maintain and improve canned responses and help content for common questions.
  • Identify recurring issues and share patterns with the operations team to help address root causes.
  • Work closely with the operations team to keep bookings, cancellations, and account issues moving smoothly.

Requirements

  • Travel industry experience is required, ideally in travel or hospitality at an OTA, travel agency, airline, hotel, or booking platform.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with clear, warm, and professional communication.
  • 1–2+ years of customer or member support experience, ideally in an email-based or ticketing environment.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to explain complex issues simply and resolve them in one clear reply.
  • Calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused under pressure.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a busy ticket queue.
  • Comfort with helpdesk, CRM, and booking tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
  • Experience in live chat support is preferred.
  • Remote work availability and willingness to work US business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, are required.
  • Ability to provide a one-minute video application is required.
