Description

  • Provide customer support to Flemish-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Guide customers through gaming products and services to improve their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards.
  • Record customer interactions and maintain accurate logs in the CRM system.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Flemish and a strong command of English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • Experience in customer service or a related environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta.
  • Interest in gaming and understanding of the iGaming industry is beneficial.
