Description

  • Own and execute the annual business plan for Brazil, translating global objectives into a localized growth strategy.
  • Lead and mentor local sales and technical teams while building a culture of accountability and ethical performance.
  • Expand and manage the partner ecosystem across resellers, integrators, and strategic alliances.
  • Represent Everpure in Brazil with customers and industry stakeholders, including C-level negotiations and thought leadership.
  • Oversee sales forecasting accuracy and pipeline hygiene for the country.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure local operations follow corporate governance and ethics standards.
  • Collaborate with regional executive leadership and global cross-functional partners to turn market insights into action.
  • Drive revenue, market share, and long-term profitability in the Brazilian market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading a complex business unit or country-level P&L in enterprise technology, software, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Consistent history of exceeding multi-million dollar quotas.
  • Experience working in matrixed global environments.
  • Ability to use data-driven insights to manage complex sales cycles, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and C-suite external partners.
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian IT landscape, including local regulations and trends in data storage, cloud services, and digital transformation.
  • Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English.
  • Experience leading sales and technical teams (preferred).
  • Experience in industry thought leadership or executive-facing representation (preferred).
