Description

  • Develop Everpure’s GSI technical strategy and priorities.
  • Contribute to the GSI business strategy to grow revenue and improve partner outcomes.
  • Define end-to-end solutions aligned to business growth strategies and industry best practices.
  • Articulate solution value, support adoption, and identify misalignments with evolving strategy.
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities in existing GSI accounts and untapped accounts.
  • Promote Everpure’s value propositions and partner program benefits to increase engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and line-of-business teams to improve features, integrations, and solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, clients, and prospective clients.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market disruptors.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop winning proposals in competitive markets.
  • Serve as a conduit between sales, engineering, and product management.
  • Mentor and guide other employees.
  • Contribute to marketing activities such as roadshows, events, webinars, and social media content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10+ years of technical leadership experience.
  • Experience working in or with GSI companies.
  • Experience across technology vendors and solutions.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and graphical communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong technical foundation in storage, compute, database, networking, and virtualization.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Big Data, and new stack technologies.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with detail-oriented problem solving.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Highly accountable, results-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic, competitive environment.
  • Active participation in technical communities and social media is a plus.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $178,400 to $294,400 USD.
  • May be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
