Description

  • Own end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, Customer Success, go-to-market, and administrative roles.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing.
  • Lead hiring efforts across international markets such as India, Japan, and other regions as needed.
  • Adapt sourcing and recruiting strategies to local market dynamics, candidate expectations, and hiring norms.
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for critical roles and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria.
  • Provide guidance on market trends, candidate expectations, and compensation insights.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage.
  • Manage scheduling, communication, and follow-ups across multiple time zones.
  • Use ATS platforms to manage pipelines, reporting, and recruiting workflows.
  • Post and manage roles across LinkedIn, Indeed, and region-specific job boards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience hiring across multiple functions, including both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Experience recruiting in international markets such as India, Japan, or similar regions.
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
  • Strong experience managing interview processes, coordinating with hiring managers, and closing candidates.
  • Deep understanding of recruiting strategies, tools, and metrics.
  • Experience with modern ATS platforms such as Workable, Ashby, or Greenhouse.
  • Hands-on experience posting and managing roles across global and local job boards.
