Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery for one or more client data programs spanning multiple workstreams or waves.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and dependency maps.
  • Coordinate sequencing of work to balance priority, capacity, technical constraints, and risk.
  • Track dependencies across data collection, validation, processing, and delivery workflows.
  • Facilitate program-level syncs focused on readiness, risks, and upcoming milestones.
  • Identify delivery risks early, including data quality, tooling, capacity, or dependency risks.
  • Assess the impact of changing data requirements, methodologies, or timelines and support scope and tradeoff decisions.
  • Provide consolidated program-level updates to client stakeholders and maintain alignment on delivery plans, timelines, and constraints.
  • Partner with account, data, and technical leads to maintain client confidence throughout delivery.
  • Identify recurring bottlenecks or failure points in data and technical workflows and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years managing complex, multi-project or multi-workstream programs.
  • Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage dependencies and anticipate downstream impacts.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving technical requirements.
  • Experience working in data-driven or technical environments.
  • Experience managing data programs, analytics initiatives, or platform-based delivery (preferred).
  • Familiarity with data collection, validation, QA, and delivery workflows (preferred).
  • Comfort partnering with engineering, data science, or platform teams (preferred).
  • Background in research operations or applied research environments (preferred).
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or fast-paced tech organizations (preferred).
