Description

  • Establish and manage a repeatable qualitative research cadence, including intake, prioritization, study design, fieldwork, synthesis, and readouts.
  • Build and improve participant recruitment and outreach channels in partnership with clinic and operations teams.
  • Create and maintain reusable qualitative research tools, including discussion guides, consent materials, recruitment processes, and a research repository.
  • Conduct generative research into patient goals, decisions, concerns, and mental models across the full Prenuvo journey.
  • Design and moderate interviews, contextual research, and other discovery methods for sensitive healthcare decisions.
  • Synthesize findings into personas, journey maps, decision maps, opportunity areas, and prioritized insights.
  • Partner with Design, Product, quantitative research, clinics, and other stakeholders to connect insights to roadmaps and hypotheses.
  • Apply sound judgment regarding privacy, consent, emotional load, HIPAA, IRB requirements, participant bias, and long-term trust.
  • Communicate findings clearly and document qualitative learning so insights can be reused across teams.
  • Develop practical guidelines for responsible AI use in research activities such as note-taking, synthesis, and recruitment support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on qualitative or UX research experience in a product, service, or applied research setting.
  • End-to-end experience owning generative studies, including planning, recruitment, moderation, synthesis, and storytelling.
  • Experience building or testing participant recruitment and outreach channels.
  • Demonstrated experience improving team research practices, such as cadence, guides, recruitment, or repositories.
  • Experience conducting patient, caregiver, or clinician research in HIPAA-aware settings (preferred).
  • Practical familiarity with IRB or similar review processes for research involving regulated environments (preferred).
  • Experience researching how people understand health goals or clinical results (preferred).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer visa sponsorship.
  • Preference for candidates located near an existing Prenuvo clinic.
  • Successful candidates must complete a compliant background check.
