Description

  • Define UX and research requirements for digital products.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, specifications, and interactive prototypes.
  • Plan and conduct usability tests, interviews, surveys, and other user research studies.
  • Develop personas, journey maps, and empathy maps from research findings.
  • Analyze research data to identify patterns, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Own design problems end to end, from research and initial concepts through launch and ongoing improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into research questions and user-centered design solutions.
  • Advocate for user-centered decisions and identify product opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and support development handoff documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience designing successful digital products and services.
  • Experience planning and conducting user research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from research data.
  • Proficiency with Figma for digital product design and prototyping.
  • Experience with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or Lookback.
  • Strong understanding of modern user research strategies and techniques.
  • Ability to address business challenges through user-centered design.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Preferred: visual/interface design, information design, accessibility, inclusive research, workshop facilitation, international research, quantitative analytics tools, mentoring, or generative AI experience.
  • Preferred: background in psychology, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
